Loose Paraphrase of David Brook's column:

One can't really assess Bush by what he says in his own words. one has to assess it by what his political operatives have his speechwriters whip up for him. Pay no attention to the addled mind that vapor locks when he's not scripted.

Oh, and I can lie about Kerry a lot.
